How to copy playlist to order?

MacOS seems to have removed the iTunes feature that allowed you to copy playlist to order.

With MacOS, I'm finding playlist on my iPhone play tracks in a random order, even jumping around from one playlist to another. Is there some way to set the play order before copying to an iOS device?

I’d back up, wipe, and reload. I’ve recently worked with a High Sierra iTunes synch to iPadOS 13.3 and to iOS 13.3, and playlists all work as expected. The other possibility is to log out of your Apple ID everywhere, and then log back in again. But I’d try the device reload first, as that's usually easier.
