iPad not sync with specific wifi

Installed new router and password. Successfully sync all devices including 2 iPhones and another iPad. One iPad will not sync. Recognizes network and even say wrong password (as a test). But with correct password will just cycle on it without sync. Will work with other networks. Tried reset network and hard reboot. The no sync iOS is 13.3 - the working iPad iOS is 12.4.4.

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
