Terms and Conditions are in Russian / not English

Since yesterday I get the notification to agree to some new terms and conditions to use my iCloud.

When following the link to read them, it appears in not English (looks like Russian).

It sounds like you're seeing a message in another language, and I want to help.

Make sure your Apple ID has the correct language informations selected here:

Change the language or time zone on iCloud.com - Apple Support

Hello Jeremy, Thanks for the reply. I just checked my iCloud.com settings and those are English (UK). Also time zone is correct. So another setting must crumble up the iCloud terms and condition.

I sent them to my email via the provided link, and they arrived in the correct language. So it is only the display option on the phone which is in the wrong language.

Anyway, I was agreeing to them based on the received email in English language.
