If you have a question, I don't know what it is.
You seem to be asking about a Microsoft product or service for which you are welcome to contact Microsoft, but I already provided the answer.

no Question just a rant. Obviously that means it’s not compatible to watch on a MacBook which is annoying as I can watch it on my iPhone. However seems cancelling my subscription for DisneyLife would be the logical thing to do thanks for your help anyway.

Apparently so I got my MacBook today and tried to watch DisneyLife on it to which it told me I needed Silverlight software downloaded and same message kept appearing Googled how to resolve however still no luck.

You're welcome.
I don't know what "DisneyLife" is or the reason they insist upon using an outdated product, but contacting them would be appropriate also.
Perhaps they're simply misinformed and you don't really need it, in the same manner a lot of websites say you need Internet Explorer, which is equally outdated and not needed any more.

Apple TV may be the work around.
Microsoft Silverlight has been deprecated and is no longer supported.
That's pretty pathetic if you ask me.

Is silverlight even needed any more? Seems old.
Does that mean I cannot watch it on a MacBook then that’s ridiculous the price of a MacBook and no supported software to be able to use a paying service!!
Try FireFox browser.
