annoying Java pop-up after Catalina

How do I get rid of this annoying pop-up message: "To use the Java command-line tool you need to install a JDK." I have installed the latest Java update after upgrading my Macbook Pro to Catalina. This message pops up periodically and repeatedly.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

I went into the Apple Store with a Genius appointment. As it turns out, Oracle now has the correct update for Java to use with Mac OS Catalina. It is jdk-13.0. It is installed now and the annoying pop-up is finally gone! It seems Oracle was about 5 months behind, but now the problem seems resolved.
