Is there a fix yet for the Catalina update so I can use my Embrillance Thumbnailer to see the embroidery designs I purchase? Otherwise this software program is useless. :(

It is up to the software developer to update and maintain their software. The good news is that it does appear they have a Catalina compatible version. I'm suspecting that you haven't already installed that and hoping that it will resolve the problem. See the following excerpt from https://embrilliance.com/downloads
Thumbnailer 2.98 (.pkg) This is the same version, actually built on Catalina.
Due to Apple’s new security in ‘Catalina’ you will need to grant ‘Full Disk Access.’

I wished I could say that your info fixed it but it didn't.
I did the full access and this was the 2nd time I tried downloading the Catalina friendly Thumbnailer... In talking with Embrillance they gave me the same info and said some have gotten it to work but most are still struggling to get it to work with the new update...
It's sooo discouraging since I used Thumbnailer everyday.
I have always had Apples but the last updates on my phone, laptop and iMac have all brought problems to an otherwise smooth running machine.
I feel my husbands pain now as he runs windows. :(
