White flashing spots
How do I get rid of these white flashing spots on the bottom corners of my screen? It’s an IPhone XR

Thanks for posting. As I understand it, you're seeing bright spots at the bottom of your iPhone XR display.
Are these bright spots constant, or do they come and go? Are they still there after you Restart your iPhone? Also, are they visible even while your iPhone is in the process of restarting?
