Hi. I bought new IPhone XS Max 3 months ago.

now I have a problem with connection.

and I check that my iPhone is bent, and I have a problem with one antenna.

is it warranty?

what I shall to do with it?

iPhone 12 Pro Max antenna issue Apple Store ran diagnostic and found the antenna is not working and hence no cellular service. Phone is only 3 years old. Electronic chip should have more lifetime than this. Is Apple considering recall to fix this, looks like it happened to a lot of people. At least escalate to issue to have internal discussion and not call it user error. Really disappointed!

11” M2 iPad Pro Antenna not flush with body. Last week I noticed that my 1TB 11” M2 iPad Pro’s antenna was not flush with the rest of the chassis. As I move my finger along it, I can fell the ends being slightly higher than the chassis. I have a 128GB 11” M2 iPad Pro and it's antenna is flush. My 1TB 11” M2 iPad Pro does have AppleCare+ but I am not sure if they would even service it if it is not noticeable damage. But if you move your finger along the antenna you can feel it is not flush with the rest of the chassis. Below is a zoomed in picture take from my iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Take it to Apple so it can be examined.
