Hey I faces a new problem. My iPhone 6s Plus getting warm (camera portion) and battery drain every time even switched off. I reset everything. Temperature is not too hot to touch. Battery health shows 100 percent of capacity. What should I do?
note: when I charging with original charger and battery the back side of iPhone is vibrating if I touched.

It is unusual for an iPhone 6s Plus battery still show battery health at 100% capacity. It has been a few years since the release of iPhone 6s Plus. Perhaps the battery was changed between its release and present.
Regardless, have your tried to Force ReStart (Hard Reboot) your device? Here is how Force restart iPhone - Apple Support and if you have already done it and the issue still persists then I recommend that you have your iPhone examined at an Apple Store.
The symptoms that you outlined in your post suggest a failing battery however Apple may be able to diagnose and find the right failing area.
