Ok Apple,
You gotta do something about iMessages not deleting from AppleWatch when the message is deleted your iPhone and vice versa. It is such a pain to delete messages from 2 places. Please pass this feature request up the chain. Make it an option for those that want two way sync. Can turn it on or off. Nothing worse than getting a message dump on your watch when you put it on after a few days for messages you have previously deleted!!!!

That ability only exists if you are using Messages in iCloud. Keep all your messages in iCloud - Apple Support
