Iphone is connected to Cellular data, but the Cellular connection in the iphone remains disable or off

May I seek assistance to resolve my query about the cellular data connectivity in my iphone. Though
my iPhone is connected to Cellular data, but the Cellular connection (tab) in my iphone remains disable or off.
