Is anyone have the same issue as mine - my updates or new notes creates in iPad cannot sync to iPhone or Mac. However, any updates or new notes created in iPhone or Mac can sync to my iPad. So, I’m sure it’s not an iCloud setup issue...
I also tried to logout the iCloud in iPad and login again, or restart several times. The issue still exist.
Anyone can help how I can fix this?

My problem have been fixed today. I’m not sure if it’s because I updated the FaceTime “Caller ID” to be same across my iPad and iPhone. The notes are sync now when I update or add me notes in iPad. 😀
