Print booklet from Pages
I have Pages 8.2.1 on my iMac running Catalina. I cannot figure out how to get Page to print a booklet. All the online tips say to choose "booklet" under the PDF menu, but it's not there.

Thanks for your response, but the word "Booklet" does not appear in my menu. I have a Pages document of 38 pages, set up as facing 5.5x8.5 pages. Nothing I select gets me what I am trying to do! I wouldn't be doing this in Pages (I usually use InDesign), but I inherited this job.
Provided you have a document that is n-tuple pages, on the print panel, you select Layout, and under two-sided, you will find Booklet.
I just created a custom 5.5 x 8.5 in word processing document, and populated 7 pages of it as facing pages. Nothing has changed in my Pages v8.2.1 print panel regarding the presence of Booklet as previously shown. I cannot explain why Booklet would be missing in your print panel.
Plan B. Export to PDF, and using a current Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, open the PDF. The Adobe print panel will have a Booklet category, and see if that gets the job done.
You must be frustrated beyond description when using Pages instead of InDesign.
