Is there an apple store in New Zealand

I am trying to help my parents in New Zealand update their Apple Air laptop computer, cant find Catalina anywhere in system preferences or App Store to update. In addition have just found that there are no apple stores in NZ that they can go to. Really?? my next search is for a number they can use to contact apple support to guide them through this . . . it's a 6 or 7 or maybe even 8 year old computer so might be unable to update to the latest OS

Suggestions ?
