Stuck in an endless loop of “verification required”

i made a few in app purchases with a pre paid card, and was rewarded the things i purchased in game. but now, i can’t download or update any apps and am stuck in an endless loop of “verification required”

my local bank closed so i currently don’t have another card to use, and on top of that the pre paid card was flagged with the (FAILED) notice when i went to my purchase history and somehow got removed?? i hate technology and don’t know how to fix this. help

If I understand correctly, you are unable to download or update any apps, as there is an issue with your payment method on your Apple ID. To help with this, please if the steps in these Apple resources help with your situation, and then contact Apple if you need any further assistance.

Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods

If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store
