Panasonic Camera DMC TZ60
Since the upgraded OS the above camera no longer loads videos just photographs.
So Apple liaise with Panasonic and fix the problem without further ado.

Perjorative reviews, and belittling Apple staff will achieve nothing here, as we are just fellow users. You should also consider the larger implications as Google archives these open support communities, and your post will survive as long as Google.
Apple leadership and product teams do not participate here. You are probably aware that the Panasonic DMV TZ60 has Digital camera RAW support in Catalina, but that does not address video import. How were you "loading" videos prior to Catalina? If you were dependent upon Panasonic software to do that, I would suggest contacting Panasonic about updated software.
Generally this happens because you need a special CODEC for your videos and the old one was 32 bit. What format are the videos?
I suggest you use a card reader so that you can get the videos where they are easy to work with and figure out how to play them.
An interesting reply so I will say this - Apples profits have steadily fallen since the demise of Steve Jobs and if this level of service continues I do not see a happy ending for what once was an outstanding company. I also suspect this post will be censored but hopefully not before it has been crawled by Google. x
If this is the 64/32 bit issue, Apple has been warning the user base for years.
It looks sharp on that graph and even if it is only 6 % on your figures that is billions. The point I am making is Apple are no longer testing their updates properly just like Microsoft - yet we the customers are still paying the premium. Perhaps you may care to view Trustpilot on the subject of their new approach to customer services.
Yes, Apple reached $1.3 Trillion in December. Poor guys. :)
Their profits have declined very sharply in 2019 see https://www.macrotrends.net/stocks/charts/AAPL/apple/profit-margins
We have different definitions of "very sharply". If you think 6% is a very sharp decline since 2012, so be it. :)
Apple released a duff update they should rectify the gliches; I have wasted hours on this and my patience has run out.
