My IPad types in every said from TV or anyone even if the microphone isn’t touched in an editor or messenger, how do I stop this without loosing the little microphone. My IPhone 11 don’t have this problem
I found it, went into settings/accessibility and turn off voice control and everything is OK now.

Try a hard reboot on your ipad. You can google it as how to hard reboot your particular ipad. Accessibility settings I have no idea if its part of the problem or not. But it is one place I would check settings if I was troubled with this.
