Help...macOS Catalina 10.15.1 is not allowing my adobe photoshop elements 10 or my Wacom Bamboo Fun pen not working. need help please

Update your software—
older 32 bit apps will not be supported on Catalina.
With the release of macOS 10.15 Catalina, applications will have to be 64-bit. App developers will issue updated apps if they want their apps to work on this newest macOS upgrade
