How to set up screen time for a family member

First make sure you have Family Sharing set up - Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support

Once that is done and your son is part of your Family Sharing group, on your phone go to Settings > Screen Time and you should see his name listed. Select his name and set the limits and restrictions you desire.
