Could my Apple Watch Series 5 send my heartbeat to my Garmin 830?

While Apple Watch would be able to keep track of your heart rate and share that information with your iPhone, there is no way for that information to be shared with the Garmin 830. The Garmin Connect App can transfer information to Apple health, however, it cannot be transferred the other way.

From Garmin’s website, "The Garmin Connect App cannot receive any data from Apple HealthKit. This includes data from an Apple Watch.” Here’s more information: Apple Health and Garmin Connect App | Garmin Support

From your post, it looks like you would like to know if you can send your heartbeat to your Garmin 830 watch from your Apple Watch Series 5. You can use Digital Touch to send sketches, taps, or your heartbeat to friends who have an Apple Watch or iPhone with iOS 10 or later. You would not be able to send it to a Garmin watch.
