iPhone 8 stuck at Apple Logo after the space went low

My iPhone stuck at Apple Logo after I restart my Phone. Before that its showed that I am running low on memory and my Apps were un-responsive. I cleared some space to make 63.8 out of total 64 GB. However, the apps were still unresponsive. So, I have restarted it and its stuck at Apple Logs since then.

I have connected to iTunes but itss not allowing me to update. I know restore can work but will wipe all my data. I don't want to lose my data!! Please suggest. Again, its imperative for me that I DON'T LOSE MY DATA

iPhone 8, iOS 13

Do you have a backup on iTunes? If so it might be a good idea to lock it first. Then you could wipe the phone and then restore from the backup. It might not have all the data that was on there before it locked up, but it might be your best option.
