iPhone connecting to AirPods/earbuds.

Hello! So I had the iPhone 7 Plus a few days ago. And I bought AirPods and when I connected to them they connected but the music was so faint I couldn’t even hear it playing. So I just bought the iPhone 11 and got new AirPods and the same thing is happening. I even tried the earbuds that came in the box of the phone and still sound didn’t come through clearly or loudly enough. The AirPods work fine on other devices. I believe it’s a phone issue maybe something on settings. But I hope someone can help me!

Thank you for reaching out to Apple Support Communities.

From your post, it looks like you are having an issue with volume when listening to music with both EarPods and AirPods. Let’s take a look at your Volume limit setting. Go to Settings > Music > Volume limit. Is it on or off? If it is on, select it and move the Max Volume slider all the way up.
