the library is not synchronized with Apple Music

In iTunes

by subscription Apple Music the library is not synchronized.

there is no function to disable genius in the program menu.

I see that you're unable to get your music to sync. I'd be happy to look into this.


If you're using Apple Music, let's make sure that you have Sync library enabled on your device. The article below will help with checking on this, if needed.

If this feature is already enabled and you're still having an issue, respond back with some more details. Since you've posted in the English Community and your screenshot is in another language, can you provide more details on that as well?

Hello!

IPhone sync has not been enabled. I turned it on, updated the music library. The last 3 albums added on Windows were updated, which were added from the last subscription. Before that, I hadn’t used Apple Music for about a year, and all that I had been collecting for 4-5 years had not pulled into the media library. Very upset by the situation.

Files on the laptop have saved playlists, but they do not turn on. I don’t know what to do.


And Apple Music has old playlists, but they are empty.
