Hi, I've downloaded the update but it will not install. It just keeps giving an error message. Has anyone else run into this problem? If so, how did you fix it?
The error message I get is "An error occurred while downloading the selected updates. Please check your internet connection and try again."
Note that my internet is working and it seems to download the entire update then give me the meggage.

Is your drive encrypted maybe?
Did you disconnect any other drives?
Are you running any Anti-virus apps?
Have you done a PRAM reset, CMD+Option+p+r...

Try it in Safe Mode...
Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode?
