iPhone mail app will not send an email with an attachment

Hi,

I have an Iphone 6s with version 13.3 and the mail app will not send an email With an attachment. The mail app will send an email WithOut an attachment. I have tried sending emails with attachments of all sizes and all the attachments fail to send. I have checked the Exchange On-Premise Server settings and they all seem fine.

Would anyone have any advise on how to get these emails to send With attachments?

I'm not an expert with Exchange Server so I'm not aware of all of the settings. If you are trying to setup mail on devices using Exchange server and are experiencing errors like that and are trying to setup the exact same account, (minus the user of course) and are receiving errors on some and not the others, I would check with the Exchange administrator, if you are not that person. Again, the receiving account could also have a restriction for file size received, but the Exchange administrator can also restrict file size, and if that is done on individual accounts or with a group policy is up to the Administrator. And unfortunately, that is about the best I can give when it comes to Exchange.

Yeah that's what I thought it sounded like too. However, there are 10 or more apple devices here that are all capable of sending email with attachments. Most of the apple devices send attachments just fine and they are of the same size and other devices have this problem of the message is too big to send.

I have also had the privelage of setting up new apple devices with email and such. Set the new devices up the exact same way as older devices, but the new devices cannot 'Confirm the Indentity of the server' . When I do get the Apple devices to recognize the server then the Error reads 'Cannot verify account information'. This is with Exchange Server 2007.

Thanks for all the help, I know they need to upgrade and they are in the process...
