A month ago I bought my iPhone 11 Pro Max, my iPhone has a camera and screen protector, it turns out that by accident I fell very softly and broke my screen through the tempered glass and my cameras stopped working? I see that it is not so resistant now what solution can I have I bought this cell phone because it was the best? with just a soft fall did everything break down?

No matter how soft the fall was, accidental damage is not covered by the standard one year warranty against defects. Take it to an Apple a Store and they will explain your options to you.
