After I update to Mac OS Catalina, my iMac keeps freeze up and I need to forcibly turn off by pressing the power button. I have to forcibly power off the iMac almost every 2-3 days. I didn't have that issue with previous OS in the past. Help? Any fixes?

I need Apple to fix its new OS issue. Not just install another app from a third party vendor (advertisement) to clutter the system! Not helpful!
