loses wi-fi connectivity

I've recently started regularly losing my wifi connection frequently - mostly on my iPad Air but also on my iPhone XR. This always happens when thee device is on standby but will sometimes also happen during active use. I also use an AirPort Extreme as a router. could it be that? also using iOS 13.3.

Wifi connectivity on iPhone XS I have an iPhone XS. Last week it started to lose its wifi connectivity constantly. My other Apple device (ipad) is fine. I have checked the router and rebooted and that is fine plus all other wifi devices are working as usual. I have followed instructions to ensure wifi is connected properly on my iPhone & I have done the long list of switch on/off, reboot, toggle wifi button etc. As soon as I notice the lost connectivity I go into wifi and selected router and it finds it ok. iPad (7th generation) model MW792VC/A My iPad (7th generation) model MW792VC/A continuously loses wi-fi connection. Not only from my home connection but also on several other connections at friends and family that I have tried. if I walk away from my iPad for more that 10 minutes I either have to turn wi-fi off then back on again or reboot entirely to get a connection. I’ve cleared the cache and tried everything else I can think of. since day dot. I’m running the latest iOS. anyone else having this issue?

iPad air 4 WiFi issue I’m currently facing an issue with WiFi in my new iPad Air 4 (WiFi model). When I’m attending any meeting the iPad suddenly says reconnecting. For which i checked my WiFi connection. I joined the meeting in two devices and checked what’s wrong. There is no drop off connection in the other device connected to the same network. I tried switching my iPad off and turned it back on. Whenever the Connection drops I have to switch on “aeroplane mode” and switch it back off to resume my activity. This is a constant occurrence as connection drops off in less than 5 mins. I’m currently running iPad OS 14.5.1 Is there any solution to the problem?

Hello,

Try resetting iPad's network settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
