Mobile Internet Issue

after updating my iPhone 8plus to version 13.3, I m not getting any internet access through Mobile data, Meanwhile Wifi is functioning well. What can I do? I've tried so many options to solve the problem like reset Network setting, Erase All content & settings, APN change, Local Mobile customer service help, etc but no result.

What did your mobile carrier say?

If you are using a VPN connection, disable it, restart your device, then test your internet access again.
