Microsoft Exchange Shared mailbox setup for OS Catalina - tried different options to no avail

I have been granted access to a Microsoft Exchange (Office365) shared mailbox and I'm trying to set it up in my native Mac Mail app. I got my personal e-mail set up correctly, but the shared mailbox is not working.

I've tried using the username & pw from my personal e-mail account, but only managed to get access to my personal e-mails again. Here's what I tried:

Name: shared maibox name

e-mail: shared@host.com

user: personal@host.ee

pw: personal email pw

type: POP

incoming: outlook.office365.com

outgoing: office.office365.com

I've also tried:

e-mail: shared@host.com

user: personal@host.ee

pw: personal email pw

type: IMAP

incoming: outlook.office365.com

outgoing: smtp.office365.com

Same result - just copies my personal e-mail account.

when I tried using the personal@host.com/shared@host.com as the username it simply will not log in at all (invalid login details).

Help, anyone?
