My battery has been running down super fast and not charging nearly at the speed it just was days ago. I feel like something is running it down and the phone itself is not as operating as smooth as Im used to?? Any ideas if I’m hacked or have a virus???

You have not been hacked and do not have a virus.

Most likely issue is your battery is failing.

Take it into Apple to have it checked.

I'd go into settings to check maximum capacity % as if it's below 80% the battery typically needs to be serviced. I would also clean out the port on the phone to make sure there's no debri in it.
