Updated to Catalina and got set an random Screentime password

Hi, today I updated my Mac to Catalina 10. 15.2 and after an hour and a half I was shut out of using almost all of my apps by the new Screentime. I don’t even have a password set for my Screentime on my iPhone... What do I do?! I already tried to set a new password on my phone hoping it would sync, but I’ve had no luck.

By the sounds of it I’m not the only person experiencing this... 😑 So any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you.
