My contacts off my sons iPad?

I’ve added my son to family sharing, But now he has all of my contacts on his iPad. How do I take off my contacts from his iPad?

It sounds as if, rather than adding him to Family Sharing, you logged in on his iPad using your Apple ID. Go to Settings and check the account information at the very top.
