How do I find myself in Photos

it is relevant for how the People album is working. Photos needs to have recognized yourself as the same person in at least fifteen photos before it will automatically add this person to the People album. The albums with only a few faces may remain hidden.

If you named yourself in a photo and the album did not appear at the bottom of the People album, try it again this way:

Find a photo with a clear face of yourself, swipe up, and tap the face thumbnail below the photo. When the hidden album for this face opens, go down all the way to the bottom of the album, then click• "Add to People Album".

Usually naming a face will automatically add it to the People album, but if the album has already been hidden, it will stay hidden, until you unhide it.

I stand corrected. While the system already knew me and had lots of pics/vids identified as me... I wasn't "Added to People Album." I did this, along with Favoriting the person (myself) to bring it up more easily in the future.

The number of pictures of myself is irrelevant. Yes, my 'Selfies' show up... but not all of my pics are taken in selfie mode, most of which I need.

No, adding myself as a person doesn't make an album for myself.

I don't know why... you tell me. When I added "myself" as a person, of which it identified as me... I do no show up in the 'People' section. Version 3.0 (3291.13.220)
