MacBook Pro 15” intermittently charges. Charging sound keeps beeping on and off

This is the second time that l have taken it back to Apple and l am given a new USB C charging cable each time. Two days ago, it it the same and now the letter B is intermittently working as well. It is so frustrating. I keep my USBC charging cable well coiled. There is no way l would have damaged it. Any advice on these issues. Is anyone experiencing this?
