Error 10008

I'm getting the dreaded error 10008f and I've been hunting the corrupted file all afternoon. Can't find anything obvious and I don't have a clue where it is as the .mov is deleted from my desktop when it stops. It does show an error in creating frame 59492 but I don't know how to find it. Is there a way to look this frame up?

In the General preferences pane you can set the timeline to show frames.
