Color Saturation is different between programs.

The color saturation in an art program I use "Medibang Paint Pro" seems to be more saturated than normal. This problem only started once I switched from Windows to a Mac, where it used to be color accurate.

Once I finish a piece and export it, the colors become what they should truly be and the piece becomes more desaturated than I drew it in. I have worked around it by putting the image through photoshop and changing the color profile to "Monitor Color". However this makes it hard to get accurate colors while using the program as everything that is put in it becomes more saturated until export.

I have tried changing the color profile on the program to match the standard color profile, however it only changed the canvas colors, the colors from the reference window and color picker was still the same.

Is there a work around I could do to fix this? I work with other people on the same program, so simply getting a different software would not be possible.

I should also mention that I have a Dell Monitor.
