Mail App deleted e-mails older than 30 days, is there a way to recover those e-mails? It also unavailable on website mail.

There is a preference setting to control this behavior. It's in Mail>Preferences>Accounts>Mailbox Behaviors.

Time Machine ought to be able to retrieve your deleted messages: Restore mailboxes and their content in Mail on Mac.

Thanks for the additional information. I suggest checking the settings below on your Mac:

1.) Open Mail

2.) Select Mail > Preferences from the menu bar.

3.) Click on Accounts and select your account.

4.) Check the settings for “Erase Deleted Messages.”

To isolate whether this is an issue with your Gmail account or the Mail app, you’ll want to see if your emails are in your Trash / Archive folder on the Gmail website.

If they are not, you’ll want to contact Gmail support.
