Compressor .mov to H.264 MP4

Since I updated to OS Catalina my Toast 16 video compressor is no longer workable. Bought the Apple Compressor thinking that it would compress my .mov files to H.264 MP4 format so I can put them on a flash drive and play them on a media player. The Toast program does that easily but I can't see where the Apple Compressor does that? I see H.264 for a Blu-ray Disc and to go H.264 for Podcasting but no other options.

I'm guessing I should've went with the new Toast 18, but I was talked into this option and it looks like it's $50 wasted. Anybody have an answer?

Click the + buttons in the bottom left and make a new setting. On the Drop down sheet select MPEG-4. Choose whatever settings you want.
