Can't find mobile device support folder in Windows 10

My ipad is disabled and itunes can't recognize it even when it's in recovery mode. I went into device manager and found "Apple Mobile Device (Recovery Mode)." I right-click the entry above called "USB Composite Device" and chose update driver software and then browse my computer. when I tried to browse my computer for "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers" or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers" nothing showed up. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, please help.

iPad, iOS 13
