I have not used my iPhone 4 in several years now.. I started it and discovered I was signed into iCloud using an old email address (no longer valid). Is it possible to delete the account without the password? Is it possible to verify address information of old and new account for example?

You cannot sign out of or delete an account without knowing the password. That’s basic account security. So you will have to recover the account and reset the password first.

The device is an iPhone 4 with iOS version 7.2.1 which contained a vulnerability as seen in the video.
