iphone 6S only rings when contacts call
iPhone 6S - Running IOS 13.2.3
- Rings perfectly well
- Is not on any silent/do not disturb etc
- All volumes are up
- No hardware issue
The phone will only ring when contacts call. If not in contact list it refuses to make a sound, and does not even show banner as ringing or call coming in (if I am staring right at it).
Calls (not in contact list) bypass everything and then banner shows up (again without a sound) telling me there is a missed call.
Five seconds later, phone dings alerting me to a voicemail.
