I have an iPhone 12 Pro with 15.2.1 version of iOS. I have set the phone to ring when receiving calls from contacts. Now, I don't even get a sound when a known contact is calling. Any ideas for me? Should I restore the phone from a recent backup?

I've turned off the "Do Not Disturb" feature. How do I set things up so that I won't receive any audible or other notifications from phone calls or text messages between the hours of 11 pm to 6 am?
