in iTunes - edit - preference - device - you should see all backups.
You have no backup, which is why when you went to edit - preference - device - backup - there was nothing no backups.
And that why on your screenshot - latest backup - never been backed up to this computer.
Sorry you have no backup to restore from.
IOS files is not an itunes backup.
had you erased your phone and during the set up process you select restore from itunes backup, it would've restored if you had on, but you don't.

Look at your screenshot - latest backup - it states " your phone has never backed up to this computer". So you don't have an itunes backup as I thought.
I have backed up my iPhone yesterday and I have erased the phone and now when I connect the phone in the computer no backup appears in iTunes but its there in storage of the computer
is there a way to make my backup appears in the iTunes so I can restore my information

yes I followed the steps but when I reached step number 4 which is to select restore backup I can't as shown in the picture
I do have it in the storage of the computer as I told you this is the problem its available but not showing in iTunes
