I use Office 365 and Mac Mail for my email management. I recently upgraded to Catalina. I have 3 email messages which won't delete in Mac Mail - I get this message "The specified object was not found in the store., The process failed to get the correct properties."
These 3 email messages are not in my online Office 365 account.
How do I get rid of these emails ? I've tried enabling / disabling the account in Mail account settings

Since disabling and enabling the account did not help, try rebuilding the mailbox and see if this resolves the issue for you:

If not, boot into safe mode and see if you can remove the messages there:
Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac
If neither of these work, you could remove the account from your Mac, restart, and add it back. This should help as well:
