You will need to reset and restore your iPad to factory settings. If you have an iCloud or iTunes backup of your data, this can be restored to the device at the end of the restore process.

Because you don’t have the passcode - or have forgotten it - you will have to connect your iPad to a PC/Mac and “restore” the device using iTunes. This process is described in the link provided in my original reply.


This of course assumes that are the legitimate owner - and that you know the AppleID credentials that were used to setup the device.
