Reset Security Questions

I just switched to iPhone for the first time (iPhone 11). After signing in with my email, it shows that I have another device (iPhone 6s) under my apple id. I'm trying to remove it but I can't without answering my security questions, and I have no idea what any of the answers are. I tried resetting it but it gives me an error message saying they don't have enough information to reset it,
