iPad is continuously logging me out on Safari pages and Netflix

If I switch between Safari tabs or between Safari and another app (e.g. Netflix), every time I return to the previous tab/app I have to log in again and again and again. This is extremely annoying. I use a 2018 iPad and the latest iPadOS (13.3).

Please, help!

Safari Private mode Login issue Dear all, Safari continues to maintain private sessions, but whenever I attempt to open a Facebook post in a new tab, I'm prompted to log in to Facebook once more. Safari is still active. I've experimented with Amazon, YouTube, and other websites in private mode, and I encounter the same issue: opening in a new tab prompts me to log in again. This issue doesn't occur when browsing in a non-private mode. It started happening after I updated my iOS to the latest version, iOS 17.0.3 (21A360). I've searched through the settings for any options related to cookies, but I couldn't find anything. I'm wondering if there might be a new Safari setting causing this, or if it's something that needs to be fixed. Kind regards

Safari would not open Safari shows open in App Store but it’s no where in my phone. I keep getting a pop up message in App Store each time I try to open it “Certain apps, features or services can't be seen or used when Restrictions are on. To use this app, turn Restrictions off.”
