Apple Music won’t sign in on Apple TV

The Apple Music app won’t sign in on the Apple TV, it gets stuck on the loading screen.

I have restarted the Apple TV, it works fine on my iPhone and my wife’s iPhone using the family sharing.

It worked fine until a week ago, you can’t delete and reinstall.

I really don’t want to reset the whole Apple TV, but it’s the only thing I haven’t tried.

Apple TV won’t play music videos in Apple Music I have the latest Apple Tv 4K 128Gb. The Apple Music app wont play any music videos, just songs. Apple TV stopped working I have an Apple TV subscription and can play it on my iPhone but it has stopped working on my lg tv. Instead of a play button it says start a free trial, i click that and it just refreshes, it’s signed in and I can browse but can’t play anything. It worked fine last week

I have subscribed to apple music but songs are not playing in Apple tv 4k I have subscribed(family plan) to apple music, but songs are not playing in Apple Tv. In Iphone i am able to hear songs with same subscription. Tried apple support but after an hour trying all they know they asked to reset and update apple tv, but issue remains. Different apple id's were used in the apple tv (lost one month fees as well) but both cases it did not play the song. Songs are getting listed down with all information, but not playing. Can some on help me in this issue.

Unplugged from the wall for 2 hrs, plugged it in and all good 👍🏻
