When I try, I get the following pop-up (after the busy sign circles for a while): No other messages than this pop up. Cannot login to iCloud on Windows 10 - Red X Error Since the last upgrade to iCloud for Windows, I am unable to login. My password is correct as I confirmed it at iCloud.com. After entering my credentials on the desktop version, there is a pause, then a pop-up with nothing but a red X in the small window.

Can't login to my icloud from chrome browser I sign in to my icloud. It says "Welcome back Joe" and then it goes back to the login page. I just resetted my password. The new password works to loginto "appleID management" but fails to login to my iCloud. This is NOT about a device. It is about login into my icloud from a chrome browser.

I would start by visiting https://appleid.apple.com using a computer to verify that you can access your AppleID, it has no issues and your devices are associated to it. Then, with the knowledge that all is well with your credentials, you can diagnose thru where the phone is trying to connect and if there are any restrictions.
